Cabbage and noodles
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- sticks margarine or butter - 2 item
- wide egg noodles - 1 lb
- small head cabbage, cut into 1-inch pieces - 1 item
How to make cabbage and noodles:
In a large deep pan or pot add water, margarine, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Then add cabbage. Steam until tender. Mix well to prevent burning.In another pot, boil noodles until tender. Once cooked, drain and add to cabbage mixture. Mix well. Serves 6.
