Ingredients/Components
- tube Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
- stick softened margarine - 1 item
- sliced water chestnuts, drained - 8 oz
- Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes - 1/2 lb
- or 1 bag frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
How to make baked broccoli:
Cook broccoli just until frost is out; drain. Place in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Mix in Velveeta cheese cubes and water chestnuts. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with softened margarine; put on top of broccoli mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Broccoli.
