Baked zucchini



  • zucchini - 1 lb
  • grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
  • buttered crumbs - 1/2 c

How to make baked zucchini:

Peeled or unpeeled, cut zucchini into 1/4-inch slices and parboil in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and place in casserole in layers of zucchini, crumbs and cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 325° to 350°.
