  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • large potatoes - 2 item
  • parsley - 2 tsp

How to make twice baked potatoes:

Bake potatoes until well done. Cut off tops and scoop out inside into bowl. Beat remaining ingredients with potatoes. Stir in 1/4 medium onion sauteed in 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup grated cheese. (Save some to sprinkle on top.) Bake for 20 minutes at 375°.
