- sugar
- vanilla - 2 Tbsp
- all purpose flour - 2 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- large eggs - 3 item
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- refrigerated pie crust - 1 item
How to make buttermilk pie:
Bake pie crust according to pkg. directions. In a mixing bowl, beat margarine, sugar, and flour on medium speed until blended; add eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla. Beat well and pour into pie crust.
