Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 10 oz
- butter, melted - 3 Tbsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- onions, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- can cream-style corn - 16 oz
How to make broccoli-corn casserole:
Cook broccoli and drain. Combine other ingredients, except 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and butter. Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with remaining cracker crumbs and melted butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Corn, Broccoli.
