Pineapple au gratin



  • sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 6 Tbsp
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • pineapple chunks - 2 c
  • Cheddar cheese, cubed - 2 c
  • roll Ritz crackers - 3/4 item

How to make pineapple au gratin:

Combine pineapple and cheese. Mix together sugar and flour. Combine in casserole. Cover with 3/4 roll crackers, crumbled. Melt butter and pour over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
