- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- pineapple chunks - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese, cubed - 2 c
- roll Ritz crackers - 3/4 item
How to make pineapple au gratin:
Combine pineapple and cheese. Mix together sugar and flour. Combine in casserole. Cover with 3/4 roll crackers, crumbled. Melt butter and pour over cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Cheese.
