  • pkg - 1 oz
  • herb-seasoned stuffing mix, divided
  • can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 1/4
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • butter or margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
  • 2 oz - 1/2 c

How to make broccoli-corn casserole:

Cook broccoli according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain well. Cook corn according to package directions. Combine broccoli, corn, 1 cup stuffing mix, soup, egg, butter and onion; mix well. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 1/4 cup stuffing mix. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Yields 6 servings.
