- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 2 tsp
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 8 oz
- bag whole kernel corn - 12 oz
- bags cooked broccoli spears - 2 (10
How to make broccoli-corn casserole:
Mix margarine, onion and flour in a saucepan. Gradually add milk. Cook until thick. Add cheese and half of cracker crumbs.Layer corn and broccoli spears in a large baking dish. Cover with cheese sauce. Top with remaining cracker crumbs and 1 tablespoon margarine. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
