Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 8 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- carrots - 3 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 c
How to make carrots au gratin:
Butter a shallow casserole dish. Combine cream cheese, soup, milk, salt and pepper in a blender; blend well. Grate carrots and add to cream cheese mixture. Mix well and pour into a casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs, melted butter and cheese and sprinkle over top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Low Carb.
