Ingredients/Components
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- stack Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
- well beaten eggs - 2 item
- can cream of celery or mushroom soup - 1 item
- boxes chopped frozen broccoli - 2 item
- grated cheese from mild to sharp, depending on preference - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain (no salt). Combine eggs and cheese. Mix egg mixture with broccoli, soup and mayonnaise. Pour into casserole dish (lightly greased). Sprinkle crushed crackers on top and pour melted margarine on crackers. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
