sugar - 1 tsp
sour cream - 1 c
salt - 1 tsp
chopped green onions - 2 Tbsp
white pepper - 1/2 tsp
stick soft butter - 1 item
dill weed optional - 1 tsp
frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry - 1 pkg
medium sized potatoes, peeled and cooked - 10 item

How to make swedish green potatoes:

To potatoes, add butter, salt, sugar and sour cream and cream together. Add remaining ingredients. Beat altogether. Warm at 350° for 1/2 hour.
