Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped green onions - 2 Tbsp
- white pepper - 1/2 tsp
- stick soft butter - 1 item
- dill weed optional - 1 tsp
- frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry - 1 pkg
- medium sized potatoes, peeled and cooked - 10 item
How to make swedish green potatoes:
To potatoes, add butter, salt, sugar and sour cream and cream together. Add remaining ingredients. Beat altogether. Warm at 350° for 1/2 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
