Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 2 c
- frozen broccoli - 1 pkg
- rice - 1 c
- small onion - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- Durkee onions - 1 item
- cheese Cheddar or Velveeta - 1 c
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook rice in water with salt. Cook on low heat until all water is gone. Combine onion and broccoli. Place in casserole dish and thaw in microwave for approximately 5 minutes. Add cheese to cooked rice. Combine milk and soup with rest of ingredients. Place in greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
