Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated Velveeta cheese - 1 c
- Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix - 1 item
- boxes frozen broccoli, cooked - 2 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli and onion; drain. Salt and pepper to taste. Put in a baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients and add to broccoli. Top with Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix. Dot with butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
