Ingredients/Components
- chicken, cooked and cubed - 1 (4
- can cream of chicken soup - 1/2 item
- chicken broth - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 2 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can mushrooms pieces - 1 oz
- can water chestnuts, drained - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Topping:8 oz
- sliced almonds - 1 pkg
- crushed potato chips - 1 c
How to make chinese chicken salad:
Mix ingredients; place in 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole.Topping:8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese1 pkg. sliced almonds1 c. crushed potato chips Combine. Add topping to casserole and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.I use chicken breast instead of the whole chicken, my preference.
