Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- butter, melted - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- cheese - 2 oz
- frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- slice bread, in small bits - 1 item
How to make broccoli casserole:
Cook broccoli, unsalted; drain. Combine in saucepan the soup, cheese, egg, mayonnaise and milk. Heat until cheese melts. Combine broccoli into soup mixture and pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle butter soaked bread bits over broccoli mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
