Breaded pork chops



  • salt - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • whole wheat flour - 2 Tbsp
  • ground sage - 1 tsp
  • onion powder - 1/2 tsp
  • yellow corn meal - 2 Tbsp
  • monosodium glutamate - 1/2 tsp

How to make breaded pork chops:

Shake ingredients in a medium plastic or paper bag. Dip 4 pork rib or loin chops (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick) into 1/4 cup of milk. Shake each in pork coating mix, coating both sides. Cook on rack in shallow roasting pan in 425° oven until done and brown, 30 to 35 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
