Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- whole wheat flour - 2 Tbsp
- ground sage - 1 tsp
- yellow cornmeal - 2 Tbsp
- onion powder - 1/2 tsp
- monosodium glutamate - 1/2 tsp
- pork ribs or loin chops 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick - 4 item
How to make breaded pork chops:
Pork Coating Mixture: Mix all ingredients except ribs or loin chops and milk. Shake ingredients in medium plastic or paper bag. Dip pork ribs or loin chops in milk. Shake each in pork coating mixture, coating both sides. Cook on rack in shallow roasting pan in a 425° oven until done and brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
