Blueberry crunch
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- blueberries - 4 c
- cinnamon to taste - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- crushed pineapple with juice - 1 c
- 1/2 sticks butter - 1 item
How to make blueberry crunch:
Mix drained blueberries, pineapple with juice and sugar. Coat mixture with cinnamon to taste. In a lightly greased 9 x 14 pan, pour mixture. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top of mixture. Dot with slices of butter generously. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pinch of sugar. Top with pecans. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
