Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- blueberries - 3 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
How to make blueberry crunch:
Grease an 8 1/2 x 11-inch pan. Add undrained pineapple. Add blueberries. Add 3/4 cup sugar. Add dry cake mix. Add melted margarine and pecans with 1/4 cup sugar. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Take spoon and punch down to crunch in several places. Cook about 20 more minutes or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Blueberries.
