  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • softened butter - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • dash of white pepper - 1 item
  • thin slice of onion - 1 item
  • sliver of garlic - 1 item

How to make blender hollandaise:

Blend all ingredients until smooth. With motor still running, gradually add 1/2 cup hot water. Blend until smooth again. Then cook over low heat or in a double boiler, stirring constantly, until consistency of custard. Serve hot or cold.

Great over fresh asparagus or artichokes.
