Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg yolks - 3 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
How to make blender hollandaise:
Heat to bubbling the stick of butter. Place all other ingredients in blender, cover and turn on. Take off cover and pour butter into other ingredients in a steady stream. Turn off blender and serve.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Savory sauces.
