- green pepper - 1 item
- garlic - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- large tomatoes - 4 item
- hot pepper jalapeno; if desired - 1 item
How to make salsa:
Peel and dice the tomatoes. Dice the green pepper. Dice the onion. Dice the pepper and garlic. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients. Chill for 2 hours.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Salsas.
