Ingredients/Components

  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • chopped red onion - 1/2 c
  • ranch dressing - 1/4 c
  • whole kernel corn, drained - 1 can
  • black beans, rinsed and drained - 1 can
  • bunch chopped fresh cilantro - 1 item
  • quartered grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes - 1 c
  • chopped jalapeno pepper, optional - 1 t

How to make black bean and corn salsa:

In medium bowl, blend mayonnaise and ranch dressing. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve chilled or at room temperature. Great with tortilla or corn chips.

Note: May add extra dry ranch dressing mix to the mayo/ranch mixture, for more intense flavor.
