Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- Burgundy wine - 1 c
- can beef broth - 1 item
- sirloin steak - 2 lb
- large can mushrooms - 1 item
- cans onions - 2 item
How to make beef burgundy:
Cut steak into large cubes. Melt the butter in a Dutch oven. When sizzling, brown the meat. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, covered. For the last 15 minutes, uncover and stir several times. If juice is too thin, increase heat so that excess moisture evaporates.
