Ingredients/Components
- lean round steak - 2 lb
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- Burgundy wine - 6 8
- dry onion mix - 1 pkg
How to make beef burgundy:
Put meat in bottom of casserole. Cover with soup; add wine. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover and bake 5 hours at 250°. Stir once. Serve over rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
