Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- bay leaf - 1 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- pinch of salt and pepper - 1 item
- large lemon - 1 item
- catfish nuggets or 3 whole catfish - 2 lb
How to make baked catfish:
Wash fish. In baking dish, add lemon juice, bay leaf, parsley, fish, butter, salt, pepper and water. Bake 30 minutes in 350° oven. Serve with rice and buttered spinach.Recipe categories: Main dish, Catfish, Freshwater fish.
