Veal piccata
Ingredients/Components
- veal scallops, pounded thin - 1 lb
- flour, salt and pepper - 1/4 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- can beef broth - 1 oz
- lemon, thinly sliced - 1 item
- parsley - 1/4 c
How to make veal piccata:
Coat veal with flour and salt and pepper mixture (reserve remaining flour mixture). Brown coated veal in butter and olive oil. After all pieces are browned, turn heat to low. Remove veal from pan. Into drippings, stir reserved flour mixtRecipe categories: Meat, Beef, Veal.
