Ingredients/Components
- cans chicken broth - 2 item
- sliced carrots - 2 item
- rice - 1/2 3/4
- can celery soup - 1 item
- or 4 chicken breast halves - 2 item
- can water soup diluted - 1 item
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Place the chicken in a large baking dish. Cover with chicken broth. Cover with liquid ingredients and bake one hour at 250°. Add rice and carrots. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 275°.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
