Beef and tortellini soup
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 9 oz
- water
- basil - 1 tsp
- can green beans - 1 item
- medium zucchini, chopped - 1 item
- ground beef, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- can kidney or pinto beans, drained - 1 item
- dry onion soup - 1 pkg
- can tomatoes in puree or 1 15 oz - 1 oz
How to make beef and tortellini soup:
Cook ground beef and place in crock-pot. Add tomatoes, onion soup, green beans, basil, kidney beans, water and zucchini. Turn crock-pot on low setting. Cook for 4 or 5 hours. About 10 or 15 minutes before serving, add tortellini to soup. Continue cooking in crock-pot. Serve with grated cheese on top.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Soups & stews, Ravioli/tortellini.
