- Velveeta - 1 lb
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- medium potatoes, cubed - 3 item
- milk - 1 c
How to make potato cheese soup:
Boil potatoes until fork-tender. Melt cheese and soup in crock-pot. Pour in potatoes and milk; mix together. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat until warm; do not boil. Add some crumbled cooked bacon just before serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Soups & stews, Main dish.
