Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon - 3/4 c
- celery flakes - 1 tsp
- lemon slices to garnish - 1 item
- parsley sprigs to garnish - 1 item
- flounder or fillets of choice - 1 lb
How to make baked fish:
Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Combine bouillon, wine vinegar, celery flakes and ginger. Pour over fish in pan. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
