Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1 tsp
  • ginger - 1/4 tsp
  • wine vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken bouillon - 3/4 c
  • celery flakes - 1 tsp
  • lemon slices to garnish - 1 item
  • parsley sprigs to garnish - 1 item
  • flounder or fillets of choice - 1 lb

How to make baked fish:

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Combine bouillon, wine vinegar, celery flakes and ginger. Pour over fish in pan. Let stand 10 minutes. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
