Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- juice of one lemon - 1 item
- or 5 catfish fillets - 4 item
How to make baked fish:
Place fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish; sprinkle with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Dot with margarine. Bake in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes until fish flakes. Serves 4 or 5.Recipe categories: Fish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
