Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1/2 lb
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
- frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- finely chopped onion, sauteed in 1 Tbsp - 1/4 c
How to make miniature quiches:
Custard:2 Tbsp. flour1 c. milk4 eggs1/2 tsp. salt Filling:1 pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained1/4 c. finely chopped onion, sauteed in 1 Tbsp. butter Mix crust ingredients together with mixer. Mix filling ingredients together. Beat custard ingredients. Roll crust into large ball and chill for 1 hour. Make into 1-inch balls and press into miniature muffin tins. Place 1/2 teaspoon of filling into each. Then add 1 tablespoon custard to each. Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes.
