Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- onion soup mix - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- to 5 boneless chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make baked chicken and rice:
Put rice in bottom of greased casserole. Mix soup and sour cream and pour on top of rice. Place breasts on this and sprinkle with soup mix. Bake at 350° for 1 hour; stir halfway through cooking time.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken thigh & leg.
