Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • mushrooms optional - 1 item
  • or 3 strips bacon, cut up in little pieces and fried crisp - 2 item
  • round steak, cut in strips and simmered until tender - 1 lb

How to make beef stroganoff:

Mix together; heat through. Serve over cooked noodles or rice.
