Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can water or milk - 1/2 item
- beef chuck roast, cut up
How to make beef stroganoff:
Mix all together and place in shallow pan with lid. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Remove lid last 10 minutes. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Double recipe, double cooking time.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
