- buttermilk - 1 pt
- unsifted flour - 2 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp

- Wesson oil - 1 qt
- Ranch dressing - 1 pkg
How to make fried chicken:
Mix salt, pepper and dressing. Divide into 2 equal portions. Make batter of buttermilk, eggs and half the salt, pepper and dressing. Mix remaining seasonings into flour. Soak chicken in milk mixture.
