Ingredients/Components
- dry white wine - 1 c
- mushrooms, sliced - 8 oz
- green onions, chopped - 5 item
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- jar marinated artichokes, cut in half - 6 oz
How to make baked chicken and artichokes:
Preheat oven to 350°. Put chicken in a baking dish. Top with artichokes, mushrooms and onions. Add artichoke liquid and white wine. Bake for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
