  • eggs - 1 doz
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 2 c
  • prepared mustard - 2 tsp
  • margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
  • mushrooms, sliced - 1 pt
  • green onions, chopped - 6 item
  • green or red pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • slices bread, cut into cubes - 16 item

How to make breakfast casserole:

Combine vegetables, bread and cheeses in greased 8 x 10 x 2-inch pan. Combine eggs, milk and mustard; pour over vegetable mixture. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake at 325° for 60 to 65 minutes. Before done, drizzle melted margarine over casserole and bake until done. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.
