Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 1 doz
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 c
- prepared mustard - 2 tsp
- margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- mushrooms, sliced - 1 pt
- green onions, chopped - 6 item
- green or red pepper, chopped - 1 item
- slices bread, cut into cubes - 16 item
How to make breakfast casserole:
Combine vegetables, bread and cheeses in greased 8 x 10 x 2-inch pan. Combine eggs, milk and mustard; pour over vegetable mixture. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Bake at 325° for 60 to 65 minutes. Before done, drizzle melted margarine over casserole and bake until done. Let stand 10 minutes. Serve.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
