Ingredients/Components
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- hamburger - 1/2 lb
- medium onions - 2 item
- sausage - 1/2 lb
- rib of celery - 1 item
- or 2 small eggplant - 1 item
- Cheddar, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese - 1 item
How to make eggplant parmesan:
Peel, cube, steam eggplant until tender. Saute hamburger, sausage, onion (chopped) and celery sliced thinly. Mix together in casserole with stewed tomatoes. Top with lots of Cheddar, Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Main dish, North american.
