Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- butter - 1/4 c
- orange juice - 3/4 c
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- syrup - 1 item
- or 9 slices firm bread - 8 item
How to make oven french toast:
Set oven to 425°. Melt butter in 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan in oven. Make sure butter covers pan bottom when you remove from oven. Mix sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle on butter. Set aside.Mix eggs and orange juice. Dip bread slices in mixture until bread is soaked, but does not fall apart. Arrange slices close together in pan and bake 30 minutes or until set. With pancake turner, invert onto serving plate. Serve with your choice of syrup.
