Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- half and half - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Swiss cheese - 1/2 c
- bacon, crumbled - 3 oz
- pinch of nutmeg - 1 item
How to make bacon and egg pie:
Beat eggs; add salt and pepper, nutmeg and milk. Put bacon and cheese on bottom of pie shell. Add egg mixture and bake for 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Cheese.
