- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 3 c
- oil
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- stick butter or margarine - 1 item
- jars junior carrots Gerber - 2 item
How to make easy carrot cake:
Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar1 stick butter or margarine Beat together eggs, oil and sugar. Sift together dry ingredients and gradually add them to mixture. Add vanilla, carrots and nuts. Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Mix together all ingredients for frosting and frost cooled cake.
