Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- vegetable oil - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- Bisquick - 2 c
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- bacon, browned, crumbled and drained - 1/2 lb
How to make bacon and cheddar muffins:
Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine Bisquick, milk, oil and egg. Mix well. Fold in cheese and bacon. Put in muffin pan. Bake for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
