  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 2/3 c
  • bread crumbs - 1/4 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 2/3 c
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • shredded Swiss cheese - 2/3 c
  • jars marinated artichokes - 2 oz

How to make artichoke squares:

Drain juice from 1 jar artichokes into a skillet. Saute the onion and garlic in the juice. Drain the other jar and chop all artichokes. In a bowl, beat the eggs, then add the bread crumbs, Tabasco sauce, oregano, salt and pepper. Stir in the onion, garl
