Italian baked chicken
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- oregano - 2 tsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- mushrooms - 1 item
- chicken, cut up - 1 item
- to 6 medium potatoes, cubed - 4 item
How to make italian baked chicken:
Place chicken in bottom of large frying pan or Dutch oven. Place potatoes on top of chicken along with onion, Parmesan cheese, oregano, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Add 1/4 cup water and oil. On top place garlic, then drench with paprika. Bake approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, uncovered for the first half of the time, then covered.
