Bavarian cream
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- milk
- egg yolks, slightly beaten - 4 item
- envelope gelatin - 1 item
- whipped cream, whipped or 2 c - 1 c
How to make bavarian cream:
Blend thoroughly the sugar, gelatin, milk and egg yolks. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, just until mixture comes to a boil (do not boil). Place pan in cold water immediately.
