Crunchy potato balls
Ingredients/Components
- all-purpose flour - 2 4
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/3 c
- crushed corn flakes
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- finely chopped, fully cooked ham - 2 c
- stiff mashed potatoes - 2 c
How to make crunchy potato balls:
In a bowl, combine potatoes, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, mustard and pepper. Mix well. Add enough flour to make a stiff mixture. Chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in cornflakes.
