  • all-purpose flour - 2 4
  • egg, beaten - 1 item
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1/3 c
  • crushed corn flakes
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • finely chopped, fully cooked ham - 2 c
  • stiff mashed potatoes - 2 c

How to make crunchy potato balls:

In a bowl, combine potatoes, ham, cheese, mayonnaise, egg, mustard and pepper. Mix well. Add enough flour to make a stiff mixture. Chill. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in cornflakes. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 350° for 25 to 30
