  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • sour cream
  • crushed graham crackers - 2 c
  • stick melted margarine - 1 item

How to make cheese cake:

Topping:1 pt. sour cream5 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix first three ingredients and press in 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat next 4 ingredients and pour over crust. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Remove from oven; cool for 10 minutes. Turn oven to 400°. Mix topping and pour over cooled cake. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
